What Can You Expect from the Role?
- Communicate with German-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat
- Help customers with questions, requests and everyday problems
- Explain products and services or assist with technical enquiries, depending on the assigned project
- Provide reliable, friendly and professional customer service
- Cooperate with colleagues from different countries in an international team
You will receive dedicated training for your specific project, giving you the tools and knowledge to settle into your new role.
