📦 About the Role
As a Dutch-speaking Delivery Advisor, you'll help customers keep track of their orders and solve delivery issues quickly and professionally.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting customers via phone, email and chat
- Tracking packages and resolving delivery issues
- Coordinating with customers, vendors and logistics partners
- Making sure every interaction is smooth, helpful and professional
- Staying up to date with company policies, products and services

Requirements
🔎 What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch
- B2+ English
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Logistics or delivery experience is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent
