Your Role
- Help Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat
- Answer questions and assist with customer requests
- Provide guidance on products, services or technical matters, depending on the project
- Deliver friendly and professional customer support
- Collaborate with colleagues in a multicultural working environment
You will receive training designed for your assigned position, helping you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.

- Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
- Good command of English
- At least 18 years old
- Eligible to work in Greece
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
