What You'll Do Every Day (The Daily Vibe)
- Be the Customer Hero: Support Dutch-speaking customers empathetically and professionally via phone, chat, webforms, and social media regarding their device protection plans.
- Manage Smart Claims Processing: File new claims for high-end electronics, check the status of existing cases, and smoothly coordinate repairs or replacements for items like laptops, cameras, and TVs.
- Deliver Solution-Oriented Service: Explain complex insurance concepts in plain, easy-to-understand language while always prioritizing customer trust and empathy.
- Multitask Like a Pro: Log case notes precisely in top-tier CRM platforms (like Salesforce) while navigating multiple specialized applications in real-time.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or C1-level fluency in Dutch, paired with a solid working command of English for your training modules and system navigation.
- Tech Comfort: Solid basic PC skills (Windows, Android, Chrome, MS Office) and a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Mindset: Significantly advanced communication skills, great active listening, and a calm, professional approach when dealing with challenging interactions.
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
