Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Provide excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance user experiences.
- Document interactions in our CRM system accurately.
- Gather user feedback to help improve content moderation practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or content moderation is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and moderation tools is an advantage.
