Our client, one of Malta’s leading iGaming companies, is looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their international team.

You will receive structured training, including soft skills development, fraud awareness, and gaming product knowledge, equipping you to confidently manage a variety of situations.

Requirements
- Native-level Danish (written and spoken)
- Good English communication skills
- Positive, friendly, and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work shifts
- Interest in gaming or previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
