In this role, you will support Nordic travellers around the world when unexpected situations happen during their trips — helping coordinate medical care, travel arrangements, and practical support.
It’s a dynamic and meaningful role where you help people while building valuable international work experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Support travellers worldwide via phone and email
- Handle cases related to illness, accidents, or travel disruptions
- Provide guidance regarding travel insurance coverage
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines, and international partners
- Arrange flights, accommodation, or medical assistance when needed
- Register and manage cases in internal systems
- Deliver professional and empathetic support to customers in stressful situations
The assistance centre operates 24/7, therefore the role includes rotating shifts (day, evening, night, and weekends).

Requirements
- Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in shift rotations
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience in customer service, travel, insurance, healthcare, or assistance services is an advantage.
Additional languages are a plus.
