As part of our customer support team, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and offer detailed guidance regarding our gaming products. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone to Danish-speaking clients.
- Quickly and effectively address and resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain exceptional service levels.
- Record and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to support service improvements.
- Participate in training initiatives to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and proficient in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a busy environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
- A true passion for gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry are highly valued.
