About the Role
As a Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with vehicle-related inquiries, connected services, warranties, roadside assistance, after-sales support, and general customer questions while ensuring every interaction reflects excellence in customer care.

- Excellent Spanish & English communication and interpersonal skills.
