We are currently seeking a Croatian-Speaking Tech Support Representative to join a leading global technology account based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding technical support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, software and hardware issues, and account-related enquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Escalate complex technical cases to specialised teams when required.
- Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, software updates, and internal procedures.
- Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Croatian language skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn new systems and products.
- Previous experience in technical support, IT, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Comfortable working with multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- EU citizenship or legal authorisation to work in the EU.
