Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues within the Customer Support Services sector.

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and protocols.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role, ideally within Customer Support Services.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
