We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for a German Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, resolving complex inquiries within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
- Coordinate and track international shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery cycles.
- Collaborate with internal distribution teams to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for high-volume logistics transactions.
- Provide proactive updates to stakeholders regarding shipment status and potential transit issues.
- Utilize industry-specific software to streamline delivery processes and enhance overall service quality.
- Support the continuous improvement of logistics workflows to optimize customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
- Previous experience in customer support, logistics, or the supply chain industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
