Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Finnish Speaking Zalando Customer Expert position in Greece to represent one of the world's leading fashion retailers. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the online retail sector, resolving inquiries with a premium service mindset.

- Provide expert fashion and sizing advice to enhance the online shopping experience for Finnish-speaking clientele.

- Maintain detailed logs and reports on customer interactions to support continuous improvement of retail operations.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to work within the European Union.
- Proven experience in customer service or the retail industry is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for fashion and e-commerce.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude suitable for remote or office-based work environments in Greece.
