In this high-impact role, you will build and maintain a centralized Sales Excellence Dashboard, diagnose operational bottlenecks, and translate data trends into actionable insights. Partnering closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you will lead monthly governance reviews, prioritize high-impact enablement initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the revenue organization through enablement programs. Your role Build, maintain, and continuously improve a centralized Sales Excellence Dashboard covering six core pillars: sales process readiness, sales process effectiveness, sales onboarding, seller readiness, enablement priorities, and enablement execution. Lead monthly Sales Excellence review meetings with sales leadership to present data insights, align on strategic priorities, and ensure accountability. Facilitate data-driven prioritization of enablement programs based on business impact and track follow-through on action items across review cadences. Partner with enablement, training, and onboarding teams to scope, resource, execute, and continuously refine seller readiness programs based on dashboard signals. Track program rollout and execution status across enablement initiatives, actively flagging and mitigating risks to adoption, timelines, or performance goals. Skills & requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Communication, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, revenue enablement, or sales strategy roles.
