In dieser Rolle berichten Sie direkt an den Group CISO, verantworten die Steuerung des Informationssicherheits-Portfolios und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Information Security, IT, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern. Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortung für das Projektportfolio der Informationssicherheit einschließlich Priorisierung, Planung, Koordination, Monitoring, Reporting und Moderation laufender Vorhaben Unterstützung des CISO bei der Steuerung der Zentralfunktion sowie Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Vorstand, Gremien und Management-Entscheidungen Vor- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen, Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen und Zusagen sowie Protokollführung Steuerung der Projektorganisation einschließlich Aufbereitung von Projektständen, Ergebnissen und Entscheidungsvorlagen Weiterentwicklung und Etablierung einheitlicher PMO-Standards, Methoden und Prozesse für ein effizientes und transparentes Projektvorgehen Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Projekt- und Prozessveränderungsmaßnahmen Abstimmung mit relevanten internen Stakeholdern, insbesondere der IT und den Informationssicherheitsfunktionen Koordination von Anfragen externer Kunden, Partner und Dienstleister zu Informationssicherheitsthemen Zielgruppengerechte Aufbereitung von Projektergebnissen sowie Unterstützung des Wissenstransfers Entwicklung von Methoden, Leitfäden, Vorlagen und Schulungsunterlagen für Projekt- und Prozessmanagement Organisation und Moderation interner Workshops und Schulungen Unterstützung bei Audits im Umfeld von ISO-Standards und regulatorischen Anforderungen Internationale Reisetätigkeit von ca. 10 % Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Managements, Projektmanagements, Rechts, der Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement, in der Organisationsentwicklung oder in der Unterstützung von Management- bzw. Leitungsebenen Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessanalyse, Prozessmodellierung und Prozessoptimierung Erfahrung mit BPM-Software oder vergleichbaren Prozessmanagement-Tools von Vorteil Kenntnisse im Projekt-, Prozess- oder Qualitätsmanagement sowie im Auditumfeld Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert aufzubereiten, zu visualisieren und adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren Ausgeprägte Moderations-, Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Organisationsgeschick und Diskretion Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Erfahrung in der parallelen Steuerung mehrerer Themenfelder Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen persönlichen Überprüfung im Rahmen der Sicherheitsanforderungen Why work for HEIDELBERG?
