Proficient in the use of AI-based dev tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code Have a broad set of DevSecOps technology skills Knowledge of security and performance best practices for cloud architectures Operational experience - ready to own the uptime and quality of systems Experience in building and maintaining DR architectures Documentation and teaching mindset - educate others! Hands-on experience building self-service cloud platforms and architecture Advanced experience in troubleshooting techniques Be a firm believer in “automate everything” Experience operating in an Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Istio-based service mesh Familiarity with AI-based autoscaling solutions like cast.ai (or Karpenter) Familiarity with operating agentic platforms such as agentregistry, agentgateway and kagent (or equivalents) Familiarity in AIOps for Kubernetes clusters Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana Cloud development experience leveraging AWS products such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, ECS, etc. Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines leveraging a tool such as Jenkins or GitLab Compensation for this position will be determined based on factors including geographic location, local market conditions, skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
