- Recruit and train sales team
- Set sales goals, compare performance against goals and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Develop individual targets and assign territories to team members
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecast
- Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members

Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
- Good leadership skills
- Good negotiation skills and secure profitable agreements
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- In-depth understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Mastery of Microsoft Office
- Preferably in the Petfood industry. If not, atleast in the food industry. Knowledgeable in the field of distribution and sales and marketing strategy to promote the brands.
