Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Specialist through the Tamheer Program to support employee onboarding, hiring documentation, and daily HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Documentation
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Collect and review hiring documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and valid.
- Follow up with new employees to obtain missing or updated documents.
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure laptops and other required assets are prepared and handed over to new employees.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files and records.
HR Operations Support
- Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Support employee records management and HR documentation.
- Assist with other HR activities as needed.
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist with candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support recruitment activities and follow up with candidates when needed.
Requirements
- Saudi national.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
