The Opportunity Shoppingfeed is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the technical evolution of our platform. Reporting to the VP of Technology and Architecture (PXM), you will lead the Engineering organisation responsible for the Shoppingfeed platform, providing technical leadership while developing a high-performing engineering culture. About the Team The Engineering team is primarily based in France and works closely with Product, Support, and Customer Success. You’ll lead Engineering Managers / Tech Leads while partnering closely with the Head of Product to ensure successful product delivery. What You Will Be Doing Lead and develop the Shoppingfeed Engineering organisation. Define and evolve the platform architecture alongside technical leaders. Own engineering execution, delivery quality and technical excellence. Build scalable engineering processes and improve development practices. Mentor Engineering Managers / Tech Leads. Partner closely with Product Management to execute the product roadmap. Drive architectural decisions that improve scalability, reliability and performance. Champion modern software engineering practices, cloud technologies and DevOps. Ensure engineering decisions balance customer value, technical quality and long-term maintainability. Experience working with distributed engineering teams. Fluent French speaking. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline. 10+ years’ experience in software engineering.
