YOUR MISSION Proyectar el plan de compra y venta por temporada por tienda/cluster para la Product Division asignado a nivel artículo, siguiendo los lineamientos estratégicos, para lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales. Determinar y estructurar el mix de productos en punto de venta, definiendo los productos que ingresan y salen por tienda/cluster según la estrategia comercial definida, para lograr los objetivos del negocio. Evaluar y hacer seguimiento del flujo de inventario por tienda/bodega en base al plan de negocio por temporada y al rendimiento a nivel de artículos, para mantener los niveles de inventarios óptimos (LSEC & Antigüedad Inventario). Analizar y hacer seguimiento de la venta y de los KPI’s (operacionales: tráfico, conversión, UPT, ATV y de rendimiento de producto: ROS, Sell Through, Margen) por tienda, para lograr el cumplimiento de las metas comerciales. Analizar y evaluar acciones y eventos comerciales tanto a nivel interno como aquellos propios de la industria del Retail, tales como Mid-Season SALE, Día de la Madre, Puma Weekend, entre otros, para velar por el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales YOUR TALENT 3 a 4 años de experiencia en área comercial, planificación y/o producto, realizando funciones de selección de producto o planificación de ventas. Conocimiento del Mercado, tendencias, competidores. Análisis y proyección de ventas.
