Our Newest Opportunity: The Client Service Specialist is an entry-level, developmental role designed for someone eager to build a meaningful career in the insurance industry. This position supports the sales and client management teams with group enrollment, renewal processes, and other administrative functions that improve workflows, timeliness, and client responsiveness. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn the business, grow their insurance knowledge, and develop the skills needed to advance within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Responsibilities: Support Account Managers with day-to-day servicing of employee benefits accounts Assists with communications, follow-up and distribution of applications to carriers Collects missing information from groups and sends approval letters to clients Completes and/or coordinates quotes and proposals for all new and renewal business Updates census, policy information and commissions for all accounts and policies Assists with renewals and new business applications Attaches applications to appropriate client file in Microsoft CRM Ensures compliance documents are updated and sent to customers as needed Requirements: Strong attention to detail Positive, can-do attitude Self-motivated, flexible and disciplined Ability to work independently as well as in team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment Experience: 2+ years’ applicable job experience, preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred Familiarity with utilizing AI, preferred Proven track record in customer service; preferred Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Familiarity with database applications, a plus The typical base pay range for this role is $28.85 - $36.06 an hour Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
