What you’ll do:
- Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including:
- Neurotoxin injections (tox)
- Microneedling
- Chemical peels
- Skincare + at-home facial experiences
- Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
- Manage supplies responsibly
- Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
- Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
- Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book
Requirements
Who we’re looking for:
Required:
- Active Michigan State APRN license
- Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
- Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
- Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety
Preferred:
- Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
- Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
- Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
