Tu misión principal será acompañar, capacitar y potenciar a nuestra red de Líderes y Consultoras de Negocio, impulsando el crecimiento comercial sostenible y llevando los valores e innovación de Natura y Avon a terreno. Requisitos: Formación: Deseable título profesional o universitario en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Relaciones Públicas, Comunicación Social, Pedagogía/Docencia o áreas afines. Experiencia Indispensable: Venta directa, desarrollo comercial o gestión de intangibles (seguros, Isapres, banca, capacitación, etc.). Manejo y desarrollo de cartera de clientes/equipos. Análisis de indicadores comerciales y elaboración de informes. Experiencia en docencia, capacitación o facilitación de grupos. Licencia de conducir vigente clase B (Indispensable para el desplazamiento en la ruta asignada). Residencia: Exclusivamente con residencia estratégica en La Serena o Coquimbo (para facilitar la cobertura del sector). Herramientas Técnicas: Manejo de Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Redes Sociales y apertura hacia herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial. Competencias clave: Liderazgo cercano, inspirador y empático. Excelente comunicación y oratoria. Orientación a resultados y pensamiento estratégico.
