Principais Responsabilidades Liderança das Etapas do IBP: Coordenar e estruturar os ciclos mensais das reuniões e rituais do IBP (Revisão de Demanda, Revisão de Fornecimento/Supply, Reconciliação Integrada e Reunião Executiva/Pre-MBR/MBR). Consenso e Colaboração: Promover o alinhamento e arbitragem de conflitos entre as visões comercial (previsão de vendas), industrial (capacidade de produção/estoque) e financeira (orçamento/DRE). Análise de Cenários e Riscos: Desenvolver e apresentar cenários de simulação (What-if) considerando flutuações de mercado, gargalos logísticos e impactos de margem para suportar a tomada de decisão da diretoria. Gestão de Indicadores (KPIs): Monitorar e auditar indicadores-chave de desempenho do processo. Melhoria Contínua: Implementar e evoluir sistemas de suporte e ferramentas tecnológicas para automação de dados e projeções estatísticas da área. #LI_JU1 What will you find here?
