Liderança e Desenvolvimento de Equipe: Gerenciar o time de coordenadores e analistas, definindo metas claras, conduzindo avaliações de desempenho, fornecendo feedbacks contínuos e fomentando a capacitação, o engajamento e uma cultura de alta performance e colaboração. Tradução Tática para Planejamento Operacional: Converter o plano de demanda validado no S&OP e Supply Review em um Plano Mestre de Produção detalhado, determinando volumes, tamanho de lotes e sequenciamento no curto e médio prazo através das ferramenta O9, Ariba e SAP S4. Análise de Capacidade: Avaliar a capacidade fabril e gargalos de produção junto com as fábricas (próprias e terceiros) através de agendas mensais para assegurar que o plano seja factível e as capacidades e níveis de serviço estejam bem adequados. Sincronização da Cadeia: Coordenar o alinhamento contínuo entre as áreas de MPS, Manufatura, MRP e Fornecedores, para garantir execução do plano e mitigar riscos de rupturas, falta de insumos e gargalos logísticos. Gestão de Estoque e Nível de Serviço: Atuar consistentemente para garantir aderência às políticas de inventário target, trabalhando com os parâmetros de estoque de segurança e cobertura de produtos acabados planejados, e assegurar que os planos estejam combinando um bom equilíbrio de estoques e alta disponibilidade de produtos (INA).
