What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? Gestión de proyectos CAPEX: Planear, coordinar y dar seguimiento a los proyectos asignados, asegurando el cumplimiento de cronogramas, presupuestos, alcance, calidad y estándares de seguridad. Implementación de nuevos productos: Coordinar las actividades técnicas necesarias para la introducción de nuevos productos en manufactura, asegurando la disponibilidad de equipos, infraestructura y recursos. Evaluación de factibilidad: Analizar la viabilidad técnica y operativa de nuevos proyectos, considerando inversiones requeridas, adecuaciones, capacidad instalada y necesidades de infraestructura. Administración de presupuestos: Gestionar y monitorear los presupuestos de inversión, identificando desviaciones y dando seguimiento a los costos de cada proyecto. Instalación y puesta en marcha: Coordinar la instalación de equipos y adecuaciones, dando seguimiento a los cronogramas y asegurando una implementación exitosa. Trabajo multidisciplinario: Colaborar con las áreas de Manufactura, Calidad, Mantenimiento, Seguridad y otros equipos involucrados para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos. Seguimiento y reporte de resultados: Presentar avances, indicadores de desempeño, riesgos y desviaciones, proponiendo acciones para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos. #LI-XT1 Perfil que buscamos Recién egresado(a) de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o carrera afín. Interés en desarrollarse profesionalmente en gestión de proyectos de inversión, manufactura e implementación de nuevos productos. Conocimiento básico en manejo de AutoCAD y conocimientos de sistemas automatizados. Conocimientos básicos en proyectos de inversión (CAPEX): conocimientos básicos en evaluación y análisis de factibilidad de proyectos. What will you find here?
