Responsable de liderar estrategia de muestras y apoyar gestión de categoría, ejecución comercial de perfumería con foco en captación de hogares, incremento de volumen asegurando llegar al presupuesto y siendo guardián de la rentabilidad. - Muestras: Crear presupuesto andino para la estrategia de muestras, la cuál deberá velar por la correcta implementación y monitoreo del plan de muestras de la compañía (transversal para todas las categorías) siendo guardian del presupuesto y su ejecución. - Análisis numérico y planteamiento de planes de acción: Monitorear el desempeño de la categoría (ventas, penetración, participación) en los tres países para identificar dónde hay espacio para crecer y desarrollar las categoria a cargo. - Inteligencia de Datos para la Toma de Decisiones: Analizar estudios de mercado (Nielsen, Kantar, paneles de hogares) para entender quién compra nuestra categoría y cómo se comporta en el punto de venta, traduciendo esta data en planes de acción accionables. - Desarrollo de Marcas Globales: Integrar los insights analizados para adaptar y potenciar el portafolio de marcas globales, asegurando que resuenen y ganen participación dentro del mercado andino. - Construcción de 360 de activación de las categorias a cargo: Acompañar la construcción de los planes de activación de las categorías a cargo de la mano de los Brand Managers, con aporte de ideas disruptivas de posicionamiento y necesidades de activación partiendo del Know How y el análisis de data de las categorias. #LI-SM1 What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? Formación: Profesional en Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines. Experiencia: 4 años en Marketing de Categoría, Trade Marketing en empresas de Venta Directa o consumo Masivo. Alcance: Manejo analítico de portafolios y procesos comerciales a nivel mercado Andino.
