Application Test Perform dispensing application trials using company's existing products, ensuring proposed system meets customer’s requirements. Write test reports highlighting results, settings, final equipment list, and related notes. Customer Support Communicate with customers, international sales groups, R&D and marketing regarding technical and product issues. Support customers in installation, training, and troubleshooting, whether in-person or virtually. Education and Experience Requirements BS in Engineering or related field or equivalent related work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service skills. Must possess strong organizational skills, and a professional demeanor with a high energy level and the ability to adapt effectively in a dynamic changing environment Proficiency in MS Office applications required. Preferred Skills and Abilities Action-oriented self-starter. Working Conditions and Physical Demands Office and laboratory environments.
