  • Understand customer's security challenges, technical requirements, and existing infrastructure to propose tailored solutions.
  • Design, deploy, and manage Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and evaluations, ensuring successful outcomes and demonstrating the effectiveness of the NetWitness solutions.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Deliver health-checks and workshops for existing customers, retaining and expanding their NetWitness footprint.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Stay up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats, attacks, and trends.
  • Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, market trends, and contribute to product development.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and generate leads.
  • Own and maintain the technical relationship with the NetWitness partners community within the assigned territory.
  • Provide technical training and support to sales team members and partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, security consulting, or similar roles in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • English and Dutch speaker.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols, network security concepts, and security architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of threat detection methodologies, incident response processes, and common attack vectors.
  • Experience with Threat Detection and Response solutions, such as SIEM, NDR, EDR, UEBA, and SOAR.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and POCs.
  • Proven track record of supporting successful sales cycles and achieving sales targets.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, SANS, or similar are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Linux CLI and basic scripting/programming skills.

  • Team player with a genuine collaborative attitude and willingness to share with and inspire others.
