Acting as a point of contact between customers, Service Engineers, and internal teams, you will assist with scheduling activities, service coordination, and parts logistics while maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to develop a career in service operations within a dynamic international environment. Contract Duration: 6 months Shift Schedule: Night Shift Your tasks include Coordinating service schedules and supporting the dispatch of Service Engineers to ensure timely customer support. Communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates on service requests and appointments. Assisting with spare parts ordering and logistics activities to support service operations. Maintaining accurate service records, documentation, and operational data within company systems. Monitoring service requests and following up on open activities to ensure timely resolution. Supporting process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience and smooth service execution. Your profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, logistics, service coordination, or a related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience using ERP, CRM, or service management systems is an advantage but not required. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
