Job Description Role: Service Coordinator We are seeking an entry-level Service Coordinator to join our team. This position supports the coordination of projects while assisting with administrative duties related to operations. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and installation appointments with technicians and clients Maintain detailed records, including maintenance histories, warranties, and service schedules Process work orders and maintenance requests, ensuring proper prioritization and timely completion Maintain preventive maintenance schedules Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members regarding project status and updates Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management Assist in coordinating emergency service calls as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with project scheduling and coordination Working knowledge of Business Central or Great Plains Compensation: $25-$28 hourly plus benefits Ambient Enterprises provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
