Job Description About the role: This role will support Outside Sales Engineers in providing technical information in the form of appropriate product selections, estimated costs, and prepare bid submittals to meet customer project specifications. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-ins Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and order confirmations Process sales orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system Support internal sales teams with pricing, product availability, and documentation Assist customers with equipment selection, parts identification, and basic technical questions Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order records Supports Outside Sales Engineers to facilitate sales of the specialized HVAC equipment DMG represents.
