We are looking for a hands-on AI Product Engineer to deliver technology and AI solutions from business requirements to live implementation. This role is senior enough and will be reporting directly to the top stakeholders.
People who have experienced in building a production grade AI systems/ application, are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business users and translate them into practical solution designs, user stories and delivery plans.
- Design, develop, test and deploy internal applications, dashboards, automations, workflows and rapid prototypes.
- Write, troubleshoot and improve code, including APIs, database queries, integrations and front-end or back-end components as required.
- Use AI tools to accelerate coding, prototyping, testing and documentation while ensuring solution quality and security.
- Own end-to-end delivery: requirement gathering, development, UAT, user training, go-live, and post-launch improvements.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholder updates, and action follow-up.
- Track user adoption, KPIs, and business benefits of implemented solutions.
- Support Technology Strategy portfolio tracking, executive updates, and urgent strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Experienced in building a production grade AI systems/ application
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on development skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in software development
- Experience developing web applications, automations, dashboards, APIs, databases, or system integrations.
- Strong ability to use AI-assisted development tools for coding and rapid solution development.
- Good requirement-gathering, UAT, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to communicate clearly with non-technical users in Thai and English.
