Descripción de puesto - Develops and implements quality programs and process improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with final product quality standards and delivery requirements. - Applies quality improvement and problem-solving tools and techniques, including corrective and preventive actions, and identifies ways to overcome barriers to quality improvement. - Collects and analyzes data using appropriate standard quantitative statistical methods to support process analysis and improvement. Document Control and Change Control System Administratio - Operates and maintains the physical Document Control Center in accordance with internal procedures. - Reviews, controls, manages, and maintains electronic documents within the Quality Management System (QMS). Training Process: - Trains personnel to ensure competency and awareness of best practices, company policies and procedures, and other information related to Document Control, Change Control, Training, and other quality system processes. - Maintains and administers the site training matrix and follows up on training completion and effectiveness. - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the position manager. - Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits and support inspection readiness activities Our Mission to is partner with the world's leading medical device companies to accelerate the development and manufacturing of innovative medical devices.
