If you chose paediatrics because you genuinely enjoy working with children and want a role where you can slow down, build trust with families and see real progress over time—this could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
This is a privately owned clinic in Perth with a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, family-centred care. The team is approachable, supportive and clinically focused, without the pressure of unrealistic targets or rushed sessions. You’ll be joining a practice that values how you work, not just how many clients you can see.
What your days will look like
You’ll be working with a consistent paediatric caseload, supporting children across early intervention, developmental delays, sensory processing and functional skills. Sessions are structured to allow you to actually engage with your clients—not just move from one appointment to the next.
There’s flexibility in how you run your day, with a mix of clinic-based sessions and, if you enjoy it, school or community visits. Your caseload can also be tailored to your interests over time.
