Some clinics are busy. Some are supportive. A few manage to be both without compromising the way you work.
This privately owned practice has been built around a simple idea: if clinicians feel supported and have the time to do things properly, outcomes naturally follow. That philosophy shows in everything—from how caseloads are structured to how the team works day-to-day.
What you’ll step into
A consistent paediatric caseload with a mix of early intervention and school-aged clients. You’ll have the flexibility to lean into the areas you enjoy most—whether that’s sensory integration, emotional regulation, or functional skill development.
There’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach here. Sessions are tailored, and so is your schedule.
A different kind of workflow
- Longer appointment times where needed
- Admin time that actually exists in your calendar
- Freedom to structure your day in a way that works for you
- Support with resources, planning and parent communication
About the team
The clinic is known for being low-ego and high-support. You’ll be working alongside therapists who are happy to share ideas, troubleshoot cases and back each other up when needed. It’s collaborative without being overbearing.
Importantly, leadership is present—but not intrusive. You’ll have guidance when you need it, and space when you don’t.
What’s on offer
- Strong base salary with achievable incentives
- Flexible full-time or part-time options
- Dedicated admin support (so you’re not chasing bookings)

- New grads welcome with the right attitude and support needs
