Job Title: Endocrinologist

We are seeking a skilled Endocrinologist to join a leading hospital in picturesque regional Victoria. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert care to patients with endocrine and metabolic conditions while contributing to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid, and hormonal conditions.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding disease management.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors and healthcare staff.
- Participate in clinical governance, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
About You:
- Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) or eligibility to obtain it.
- Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex endocrine conditions.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- A strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
