Senior Technician (dagdienst) Welkom in ons team Deze productie-unit (Integrated Process Team) is verantwoordelijk voor de productie en levering van een wereldwijd succesvol anticonceptiemiddel aan meer dan honderd landen. Het betreft een langwerkend polymeerimplant in een steriele applicator, evenals een polymere anticonceptiering. Met circa 280 medewerkers wordt het volledige proces van productie tot en met eindverpakking uitgevoerd in een moderne fabriek met geavanceerde (robot-)technologie. De afdeling Maintenance & Engineering, met ongeveer 40 medewerkers (waaronder 6 Senior Technicians), waarborgt de technische staat van de productiesystemen. Wat maakt deze rol uniek? Combinatie van hands-on techniek, regie en coaching. Invloed op betrouwbaarheid van systemen. Werken binnen een complexe, gereguleerde omgeving met hoge kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen. Verantwoordelijkheden Uitvoeren van tweedelijns storingsanalyse en complexe reparaties. Bewaken en verbeteren van preventief onderhoud en asset performance. Signaleren van terugkerende storingen en initiëren van structurele verbeteringen. Fungeren als technisch kennisdrager en coach voor de Technicians. Uitvoeren van technische werkzaamheden conform GMP- en EHS-richtlijnen. Begeleiden van externe partijen en bijdragen aan onderhouds- en investeringsprojecten. Borgen van correcte documentatie en registratie (o.a. SAP). Vereiste opleiding, werkervaring en vaardigheden MBO-4 in een technische richting (E, WTB, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar). Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een gereguleerde productieomgeving. Brede technische expertise (elektro, mechanica en/of automatisering). Ervaring met storingsanalyse en continuous improvement. Sterke analytische vaardigheden en coachende houding. Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
