Job Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation and support activities within the Service & Maintenance domain.
- Assist senior consultants in understanding and documenting client business requirements.
- Assist in business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, user guides, and other project-related documents.
- Support system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist with data migration activities, master data preparation, and validation.
- Support user training and preparation of training materials.
- Provide first-level functional support and assist in resolving post-go-live issues.
- Work closely with technical consultants on reports, integrations, customizations, and system enhancements.
- Maintain a good understanding of IFS Cloud functionality, new releases, and Service & Maintenance best practices.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Asset Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 6 months–1 year of relevant experience in service & maintenance, ERP, or a related field.
- Exposure to IFS ERP or any other ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of business operations.
- Exposure to ERP implementation, testing, configuration, or support will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and project teams.
