In this role, you'll help shape and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand and adoption of our Sports Medicine portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who is passionate about healthcare innovation, customer insight and bringing products to market through impactful campaigns and cross-functional collaboration. What will you need to be successful? · Supporting the development and execution of product marketing plans and integrated campaigns. · Gathering and analysing market, customer, competitor and sales insights to identify growth opportunities. · Developing compelling product positioning, value propositions and value-based messaging. · Supporting product lifecycle management activities, including launches, portfolio updates and market adoption initiatives. · Creating sales enablement tools, customer engagement programmes and training materials. · Monitoring campaign, launch and adoption performance and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. · Working closely with global, regional and local stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing activities. · Ensuring all marketing materials and activities comply with company policies, brand standards and regulatory requirements. Successful candidates would need the following: · Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline · 2-4 years' experience in product marketing, product management, sales enablement or a related commercial role. · Experience within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry is preferred. · Experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns or market development activities. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
