Requirements
- Manage ISPs, internet connectivity, and related issues to ensure 24x7availability.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switching, routing, DHCP, DNS, and network connectivity.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, Active Directory, GPO, and Google Workspace.
- Monitor system health, network performance, availability, and proactively resolve issues.
- Manage and maintain Windows & Linux servers, including security patches, updates, and backups.
- Install, configure, update, and manage enterprise software and applications.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, systems, and network issues.
- Implement and maintain GPO policies in accordance with regional and global IT policies.
- Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, asset records, and support/change logs.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python to automate routine IT tasks.
- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and regional/global IT teams for incident resolution and IT projects.
- Ensure IT infrastructure follows required security, compliance, and operational standards.
Desired Skills:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure/system administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, routing/switching, and firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, GPO, and Google Workspace.
- PowerShell/Python scripting experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Intermediate+ English proficiency is mandatory.
