You will work within a high-performance F&B team, delivering exceptional dining experiences to a sophisticated clientele. This role requires a blend of technical service skill, deep product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide table service following 5-star international fine-dining protocols.
- Maintain an expert understanding of the menu, wine lists, and pairing options.
- Ensure the dining environment consistently meets aesthetic and cleanliness standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.
Requirements
- Language: Native or professional Spanish (Mandatory) and Intermediate to Advanced English.
- Experience: 2 to 6+ years in high-end F&B (Luxury 5-star hotel experience preferred).
- Logistics: Valid passport and a clear criminal record.
- Standards: High energy, professional grooming, and a guest-first mindset.
- Compliance: Must meet all legal hiring requirements for Andorra.
