Scope of Work Oversees day-to-day floor operations within the modality, monitors quality and coordinates education opportunities during these operations. Monitors customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction results, looking for trends and identifying opportunities for improvement. Assigns and monitors the work of MRI technologists to optimize quality and efficiency. Assists manager with payroll duties as assigned. May lead special projects assigned by leadership. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent (Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program), Required. 5 years of relevant experience as a MRI tech required. CRT-Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI)-ARRT Upon Hire Required Or CRT-American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI) ARMRIT Upon Hire Required.
