Job Description Visa Leadership Associate Program (VLA) The Visa Leadership Associate Program offers a unique development experience that enables high potential, early career talent to build a broad base of commercial capabilities and necessary experience to pursue a career at Visa. Our world-class programming will allow participants to build their network, understand our business, obtain a global mindset, and acquire new skills on their journey to becoming the next generation of Visa leaders! The program is 24 months long during which VLA’s rotate on 4 different teams for 6 months at a time. It follows a competency-based rotation model with the following required competencies: Financial & Data Acumen, Client Centricity, Product Development and Strategic Thinking. Our VLAs will experience professional development weeks at the conclusion of each quarter. Workshops include: Authenticity, Advanced Excel, Professional Branding and more. Qualifications Who are we looking for? Candidates who are interested in gaining exposure to four different areas of the business before selecting a team to specialize in Current university student graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's degree between July 2026 and July 2027, able to start when the program commences in August 2027 Less than two years of relevant work experience All majors encouraged to apply Permanent authorization to work in China is a precondition of employment for this position.
