Retail Assistant.

Salary Range:
- $2800-$4500

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet.
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide assistance to customers and respond to their enquiries and requests.
- Interact with children and parents throughout their visit to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Communicate with children in a patient, friendly, and approachable manner.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers where necessary.
- Handle customer requests and feedback professionally, escalating matters to the supervisor when required.
- Support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations and a good overall customer experience.
- Assist with activities, events, promotions, or other operational tasks as needed.
- Work closely with team members to support daily operations and customer service.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:
- Prior experience working with or interacting with children is highly preferred.
- Candidates from Preschool, Childcare, Tuition, Enrichment Centre, Kids Playground, Indoor Playground, or Kids Events backgrounds are welcome.
- Experience at Kiztopia, Kidztopia, or similar children-related environments will be an added advantage.
- Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Patient, friendly, and comfortable interacting with children.
- Able to communicate effectively with both children and parents.
- Positive, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Able to remain calm and patient when handling children or busy customer situations.
- Comfortable working in a lively, customer-facing environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays where required.
