The Opportunity

- Seeking entrepreneurial recruiters interested in international mandates, skill development, and increased earning potential.

Two partnership models:

- Recruitment Delivery: Work on existing AIC client mandates, focusing on sourcing, candidate engagement, and successful placements.
- Full Cycle recruitment: Bring your own clients or develop new business opportunities while collaborating with AIC on recruitment assignments.
- Open to experienced independent recruiters and motivated recruitment consultants seeking to further develop their capabilities.

- Source, engage, and assess candidates across specialist technology, commercial, and leadership functions.
