As Business Development Leader you will :
- Leverage partners and hunt new customers, targeting Supply Chain and Operations Directors
- Initiate and support coordination of BD-driven events and tradeshows (LogiMAT, ExoTour)
- Keep Key Account contacts and partners current on company updates and engaged via LinkedIn
- Qualify incoming leads to evaluate their potential for Exotec
- Ensure a proper handover of opportunities to Sales
- Collaborate with Marketing and regularly provide insights
- Create and launch impactful lead generation campaigns
Requirements

Here's what will help you succeed in this role:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Engineering, Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations. Prior experience in warehouse automiton is not mandatory.
- A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results, demonstrated through pipeline generation, revenue growth, conversion of business development opportunities into sales, and successful management of live opportunities.
- A fast learner who thrives in a proactive environment, adapts quickly to change and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- A direct, honest and pragmatic communicator who takes ownership and gets things done.
- Native-level or fluent in German and fluency in English. Any other European languages is a plus.
This is a field-based position with an estimated travel rate up to 30-50%.
