Job Details: Job Description Position: General Labor - Processing Perform general labor duties in a poultry processing facility. Work in any processing department and on any available shift based on operational needs. Use scissors and knives to trim, cut, and process chicken products. Maintain production standards while working on fast-moving processing lines. Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations. Requirements Willingness and ability to use scissors and knives safely. Ability to work at line speeds in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to work on platforms approximately 2 feet above floor level. Ability to lift products and materials as required by the assigned department. Willingness to work in cold, damp, hot, or humid environments. Ability to work safely on potentially slippery surfaces. Ability to climb stairs and work in areas located on multiple levels of the facility. Flexibility to work in any processing department and on any available shift. Rehire Criteria Former Tyson team members must have been separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days. Individuals who have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times are not eligible for rehire. Applicants who do not meet the rehire criteria will be removed from the application process.
