Responsibilities: Perform trailer sanitation in accordance with company standards and procedures. Move and position equipment throughout the yard safely and efficiently. Identify and report major facility repairs or maintenance concerns to management. Ensure equipment is parked and stored in designated, safe areas. Conduct routine inspections of incoming and outgoing equipment to identify damage, defects, or maintenance needs. Maintain accurate equipment inventories and assist with tracking equipment locations. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of campus facilities. Job Qualifications and Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong time-management skills and a commitment to punctuality and attendance. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and performing outdoor duties as required. Adequate vision to safely inspect, move, and position equipment. Valid driver's license.
