As the Sales Lead, you will promote the Garnet Hill brand at every guest encounter and ensure you exemplify the brand values, standards, and experiences. This position will report to the Store Manager. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our, Dedham, MA location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. . What You'll Do Actively participates as floor sales leader by facilitating an energized pace, positive service environment, communication of daily sales goals and key metrics that drives store demand Assure all areas of the store meet company safety standards of cleanliness and provide a safe work and shopping environment. Support and improve retail sales and profitability by creating the most amazing place to work and shop by delivering an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Bring 1-2 years of selling/sales lead experience in a specialty retail industry, preferred. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems. Ability to be mobile on the salesfloor and stockroom for an extended period of time. Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
